Process and Shipping

Products on-hand items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Build-Your-Candle or customized candles will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. These are the made to order candles.

 

Damaged

If your product\order is received damaged, please contact us @ info@tdscentsations.com within 48 hours or receiving your order and we will gladly assist you. Please provide pictures of the damaged product and packing in your email.

 

Returns\Refunds

All sales are final unless there is a defect in the product. If you find that there’s a defect with product within 5 days of delivery, please contact us @ info@tdscentsations.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective and undamaged upon receiving. It must also be in the original packaging. If you find that there’s a defect with product within 5 days of delivery, please contact us @ info@tdscentsations.com.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos of defective product(s).

 

We may offer you a refund, if we find that the product is defective and undamaged, and you have contacted us within the 5 days of delivery.

If a refund is issued, it will be for your purchase price, taxes and shipping for the defective product only. If multiple products are on the same order, you may only be refunded for partial shipping only. Refund and/or exchange of any kind will not be granted after 5 days of product delivery,

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

For exchanges to be offered, you must return the unused and undamaged defective item. We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tdscentsations.com. We discuss with you the best way to handle your defective purchase. All other sales are final and are not subject for exchange or refund.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Once your refund is approved, we will process your return within 48 hours. The number of days for your credit to be return will depend on your banking institution.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@tdscentsations.com

 

Return Shipping

  • If approval for product return is granted, a shipping address will be provided.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
